i really enjoyed the hotel's convenient location. it is inside the malls with lots of stores. i also found many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. ikebukuro station is about a 10 to 15 minute walk away.
The air-conditioning was awful. I could not control the temperature. it seemed like it was a centralised unit. i had to wait over 30 minutes sometimes.

The hotel is near a train station, so transportation was convenient. I had an amazing city view from my Double Room Non-Smoking 36-37th Floor. Amenities were great..
The air-conditioning temperature was not adjustable. Only airflow changes were possible
